Who is responsible
Voyage Nord is run by Sandun, based in Stockholm, Sweden. Voyage Nord is responsible for the personal data you send through this website. Contact: hello@voyagenord.com.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and the country you live in
- Your age range and preferred season, if you choose to share them
- What you write about yourself and how you heard about us
- The date and time you sent your application
Why we use it
We use your application to get to know you, decide whether a voyage is a good fit, and contact you about upcoming voyages. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you send the form. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Applications are stored privately with our hosting provider, Vercel, in its Stockholm data region. Only Voyage Nord can access them.
How long we keep it
We keep your application for up to 24 months after you last hear from us, then delete it. If you join a voyage, we keep the booking records the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing hello@voyagenord.com. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
